Micropump® releases new catalog offering electromagnetically
driven pumps
 |
Micropump® now offers its new Integral Series® product catalog,
featuring comprehensive information on the Integral Series product
line, which combines a pumphead, brushless DC motor and electronic
controller into one complete package. In a quick reference format,
the catalog describes Micropump's patented Integral Series technology
and offers illustrations for clarification. The catalog also provides
dimensional drawings of each product, along with pump performance specifications,
available materials of construction and optional configurations.
The free catalog explains how the Integral Series integrates a traditional
rotary positive displacement pump design with a patented, brushless DC
motor technology comprised of an electronic controller and a stator.
The motor is an integral part of the pump, featuring a rotating electromagnetic
field that moves pumping parts without physical contact. The electronic
controller provides thermal protection and a variable speed drive, and
a separate 0-5 VDC input signal. The simplicity of the built-in speed
control and tachometer output allows for simple integration of the Integral
Series into PLC or PC controlled machines. This unique combination provides
a highly compact variable speed pump, motor and controller package, with
pulseless delivery and leak-free operation.
The Integral Series product line offers a variety of electromagnetically
driven pumps, all of which can be stripped down to meet the size constraints
and integration flexibility requirements of the OEM industry. The catalog
is designed to help readers choose the products that will best meet their
specific needs. |
