Micropump®'s Abrasive Fluid Pumps Offer Leak-Free Operation

Micropump's line of abrasive fluid pumps is designed for abrasive and non-lubricating fluids where reliability, maintenance-free, leak-resistant operation is desired. These positive displacement cavity style gear pumps are magnet driven eliminating the need for shaft seals keeping potentially hazardous fluids securely inside the pump and contaminants out. The compact, precision-engineered gear pumps prevent worries of spills, cleanups, environmental damage or other component damage.

Abrasive fluid pumps are available in several models with ceramics (Zirconia), Nickel Carbide, hardened stainless steel and other wetted material options to ensure compatibility with and resistance to a wide range of chemicals. These materials of construction combined with the magnetic drive design, extend pump life, reduce maintenance and provide reliable service when pumping abrasives and non-lubricating fluids. Flow rates range from 0.16 gpm to 3.2 gpm, with differential pressures up to 125 PSI (8.7 Bar). All pumps can mount to any NEMA 56C or IEC63 or 71 motor.
