Announcing Compact High Performance Brushless DC Drives Ideal for OEM Applications

Micropump® now offers its MS, EG, HG and 380 brushless DC drives in multiple standard designs or custom configurations to meet the specific performance requirements of OEM applications. These compact units feature built-in speed control and tachometer output that allow for easy integration into PLC- or PC-controlled machines or end user installations. The simple integration of these drives maximizes design flexibility, which reduces costs.

Micropump tailors each drive to work with a specified pumping system. By utilizing a drive stator connected directly to the pump, the integrated unit is able to operate the pump electromagnetically with no moving parts and no direct contact with the internal pumping components.

To further reduce costs and increase design flexibility, the drive control electronics may be removed from the drive stator assembly and made available on a separate circuit board or integrated into an existing circuit board in the OEM product.
