Micropump® offers low flow, magnetic drive cavity style gear technology
for optimal pump performance. This quality engineered design promises
pulseless fluid delivery for a smooth and continuous flow, excellent
lift capabilities, exceptional chemical resistance, and accurate metering
for a wide range of precision applications.
The Micropump cavity style design uses rotating gears within a precision
cavity to carry fluid from the pump’s inlet to the outlet. The driving
magnet couples with the inner driven magnet, which in turn, drives the
pumping parts. Helical gears assure quiet and efficient pump operation,
while the use of static seals, instead of dynamic seals, results in leak-free,
contamination-free use.
Micropump currently utilizes the cavity style technology in its Series
GJ, GK, GD, GL, GM, GN pumps. These pumps provide a wide range of flow
and pressure capabilities, and offer fewer wearing parts, easy installation,
and user-friendly operation. |
