Micropump MCP-Z Programmable Drive Offers Unparalleled Flexibility

With programmable capabilities and numerous pump head options, Micropump's
MCP-Z programmable drive offers a wide performance envelope that stretches
across a variety of applications parameters. The programmable function
allows users to program the unit either remotely, with a PC interface,
or via a membrane keypad, located directly on the drive face. Four
program memories are available for saving individual application parameters
or for saving a PC-programmed command sequence.
The MCP-Z can utilize 14 interchangeable pump heads and any of Micropump's
major gear pump series (suction shoe and cavity) can be adapted. This
provides the unit with even greater flexibility, with the ability to
pump fluids with a wide range of viscosity. It may be applied to a range
of uses from industrial process applications to laboratory benchtop environments,
with flow rate settings of µl/min, ml/min and liters/min, up to
a maximum flow of 7250 ml/min with pulseless pumping to 5.2 bar, depending
upon pump head and user configuration.
This sturdy, stainless steel drive is IP65-rated, dust tight and protected
against water jets, making it ideal for dispensing and filling applications
in dusty, humid or corrosive environments and in clean room areas. The
drive allows for dispensing applications that require a high degree of
accuracy and provides for repeatability of better than ±1%. |
